When my wife said bring something home for dinner. She stated “surprise me!” So I bought an 8 piece chicken dinner. Boy was she surprised. Said “I didn’t know Jack’s did fried chicken.” That was about just right. Besides I’m a huge fan of those crinkle cut fries. I wish I had some malt vinegar for them. But that’s a western new york thing.

This restaurant in Chickamauga is a complete joke. We’ve eaten there a couple of times in the past few months and every time it’s been horrible. Horrible service, out of food, when you get your food it’s cold or over cooked. The staff are Ill mannered and management condones their lack of respect and manners for their patrons. This place needs new management and staff. Do not eat here, don’t waste your time or money.

I went for the first time today. I was just plain disappointed frankly. MY wife’s chicken thighs that she ordered was really dry and overdone. Her coleslaw tasted horrible (my opinion, not hers). I had the 4 piece tender dinner. The fries had a pound of salt per French fry and the tenders tasted funny. Honestly the biscuits were the only saving grace at this place. I do not in any way recommend this restaurant. I can’t speak for the others of the same name as my “woman” friend says the food tasted much better at the one in ft. Oglethorpe. Oh and all the employees seemed like they hated being there. I guess depressed employees equals depressed food.

Was there today, ordered 2 pieces chicken dinner like I all ways get and 5he last 3 times I have been there the chicken is always cold .got tired of this so I ask for my money back .the girl said do you want something else, I told her no it all looks cold I want my money-back we eat here all the time used to be good but not no more it is hard to find a good place to eat and good food and the crew that works here is ok but they could do better

Drive through really slow, kept wanting me to pull forward, even when I was only one in drive thru. The girl told me that I was messing up there drive thru time. Seems like they should hurry up and fix food, to keep times low

It seems they have a habit of not getting our drive-through orders correct. Oh, And how does a chicken place never seem to have the chicken breast when we order one? And how do They forget to put the apple pies in the bag when you order and pay for them and even ask them at the pay window if they put thaw apple pies in the bag and they say yes…? And how do they seem to occasionally forget the biscuits when you order them with your meal?

This Jack’s location is great and they have rocking chairs on ther porch!!!! The food was fresh and come out fast! The grits were delicious and the biscuit was so light a fluffy! We Love Jack’s for the value and quality of food.
