Jessica insisted her dishes be fresh and of high quality for every serving, crafting a menu developed to share as many ingredients as possible and limit the menu to items that would sell briskly, all combined with daily trips to the produce market to assure excellence.

I heard about this place a while ago and finally got the chance to go. I love me some Vietnamese food and really wanted to try the pho here. I got the beef pho and it was very tasty. I also had the Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. The space is great with both indoor and outdoor seating.

This is a self-serving restaurant with spacious indoor and outdoor seating. We started with the beef summer roll, which was a bit bland. For entrees, I got the grilled chicken vermicelli – it tasted way too healthy. And the chicken was a bit dry. The beef pho that my partner got was better, but the pho soup was just ok. Having been to many Vietnamese restaurants in California and New York, this one wasn’t my favorite!

First visit and I was not disappointed. Love the Butcher Town vibe of this quarter of Louisville. Numerous visits over the years to this great, lively city, however this was my first Pho restaurant visit. My Chicken Curry was well balanced and slightly spicy. Great portion. The beer garden in back was a great surprise. More time and a different time of the day, I can see gathering for a local beer or bourbon (neat) in the shade sampling some spring rolls. Swing by and tantalize your tastebuds and please your palate.

Delicious! Mmmmmm mmm! The owners and workers are great & informative! Welcoming! The facilities are clean as well as the restrooms! Decently stopping here EVERY time I’m in Louisville! Vegetarian options (OG course) and vegan options. Yes they do have the stake meats! All made with precision, care, and standardization! The building and the patio look expensive, but the menu pricing will not settle you back much! The patio is a great place for a date or just to sit solemn in meditation under a clear & star-ry night!

First time and I did not disappoint! I ordered #15 which was a noodle bowl with crispy seafood & pork egg rolls chopped up in it. It was delicious and the different textures combined with the robust flavors ended with my bowl being nearly as clean as before they plated my food!
