I have used both the drive-thru and purchased inside. They’ve always been pretty quick to get my order ready. Today I ordered a 16-piece bucket. I wanted all extra crispy but they didn’t have enough so gave me regular too. I don’t know how to describe it but one of the chicken legs was just not cooked right. Much of the chicken was just too dry. In the past it has tasted better than today’s food. 7-20-2023.

The person that took my order was polite but she tried to charge me over $20 for two Chalupa Cravings Boxes which are supposed to be $5 each. After I showed her the price on the website she corrected the total. Also, this location always asks if you want sauce (and it shows it on the receipt) but most of the time it is not included. This happened again today, but when I asked about it she gave me some.

Worker got the order wrong, wouldn’t communicate in drive thru, when got to the window and explained the order was wrong (being very nice about it), he was belligerent and rude. It’s close, but every time we go through, it is a terrible experience. This time, we won’t be back.

Cheap and delicious. This is one of my favorite taco bells in Utah. If you haven’t eaten at as many TB’s as I have (a difficult achievement), you may not have noticed that prices can vary from location to location. This is one of the few locations that still offers a $5 box and actual $1 dollar menu items. The quality is slightly above average as well. Its worth driving a little further to patronize this location over another.

Drive through attendant was very rude and disrespectful after we pulled up to the window because we had unsuccessfully attempted to place our order multiple times after being greeted. His behavior was so bad we left out of concern that our food would not be edible had we ordered.

The cashier handed my food to the car in front of me, and they ripped the bag open. When I pull up he hands me the ripped bag, I told him I was bummed my food was inside some random persons car. Asked to have the taco replaced because it was exposed and partially unwrapped. Got a big ole eye roll for that request, and wet “rewrapped” taco in return. You made the mistake, don’t expect me to eat food that was fingered by a stranger.

Food is great. Only complaint I have is sometimes I find the lobby closed, due to ‘Not enough employees!” Which has happened at burger King as well. I might also bring up parking lot has sticky areas people have spilled soda. A bit annoying to walk over to get to car. Perhaps these are the days of only using drive up window with simple orders to not slow down everyone else.
