I eat pizza all over the world, and this may be one of the best NY style pizza’s outside Brooklyn. It’s better than several classic pies I’ve had in NY. I’m kinda floored right now. UPDATE! Normally dining in is usually better than delivery…. Most places!! Well as you see below I left an outstanding review they deserved a while back when they first started out and would deliver themselves anyhow I’ve stopped in recently and the place was clean and updated from when I originally stopped in. So I asked for a veggie wrap with coleslaw but no coleslaw (it happens) when I got my wrap there was no Avocado on it which was disappointing they didn’t have any but it was on the menu as part of the wrap instead of being asked if I wanted to add something else I was served without the Avocado the reason I wanted it to begin the other person who accompanied me asked for a Well done cheeseburger which the cheese was burnt and the meat was red on the inside. Didn’t have the things to drink on the menu but they were advertised just like the items they advertised as far as the food they didn’t have. New server started on this day he was very kind and was doing great for his first day! Great service but the food was not that great on this day and overpriced…

This review is because of the app they use for placing orders. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and just going directly through the restaurant. First, the app doesn’t show you where the delivery person is or if the order has even been delivered and if you contact them for an update they’re just going to call the restaurant to find out so you’re just paying extra fees for something you can do yourself. Second, I placed an order for delivery and it went through the whole “received order” “preparing order” “order is out for delivery” steps only to find out later that the restaurant wasn’t even open. And every time I contacted the customer support to get an update they kept telling me to just wait 10-15 more minutes for the order to arrive. They told me that 3 times and I was patient enough enough to do it. Then when I was finally tired of waiting they wouldn’t cancel the order because they couldn’t get in touch with the restaurant which was closed. They seem to have no power or be super resistant to giving people refunds. I will never use this app again.

Waiting FOREVER for a Philly cheese steak and a burger. Bartender is apologizing and making excuses for the slooow service. If you can’t make a grinder and a burger in less than 1/2 hour when you’re NOT BUSY AT ALL, then I won’t be back. Good luck, you won’t get my money ever again.

So came here on a Monday afternoon, saw the exceptional ratings here and gave this spot a shot, and if I were a local to Hartford, I’d be here a ton. This is some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The only place that compares to the pizza here is Frank Pepe’s, and they’re significantly more crowded and more expensive. Bang for your buck, this pizza is the best you’re going to find.

Terrible service, ordered food for pickup at 10. Showed up at 10:30 to the bartender saying the kitchen closes at 11:45 and wouldn’t give us food. Still waiting on refund. Absolutely terrible business, terrible customer service, the bartender was most definitely drunk.

Today was my 1st time ordering. I must say the way they walked up to my door and delivered my delivery with paper plates forks knives ketchup AND mustard garlic salt and hot pepper seasoning for the pizza And the presentation of the food was already impressive! Once I tried the food it was even better!!
