Poor quality and Services. First time they were out of everything. So I order next day and I. Ordered A stuffed crust extra pepperoni pizza and a Cesar chicken salad. OUR PIZZA WAS SMASHED AND MISSING ITS PEPPERONI. OUR CHICKEN SALAD HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN and the CROUTONS WERE OUT DATED AND SOUR. I CALLED THE LOCATION AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE IT AND WOULD BE HERE IN 20 minutes, so at 7 pm told me 20 minutes guess what time it is 8 pm. AND STILL NO FOOD. I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND THE LADY SAID YOUR FOOD IS DONE JUST NOT READY FOR DELIVERY!!! Called the location the cook answered and apologized about the pizza ! told me to call back tomorrow to speak to manager or GM if I need to resolve this any further …….WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION AND ITS WORKERS?? I even TIPPED the $5. . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR FAMILY NIGHT IF YOU ORDER HERE!! Posted two pictures hope u can see

Who orders a Pizza without Cheese? I ordered a pizza with Extra Cheese that was supposed to be ready for pickup in 25 min.. I even repeated my pizza order with extra cheese before hanging up the phone. Went to pick up the pizza, on time, and was told they burnt the pizza, so had to wait for another to be made. When the next pizza came out of the oven, just happened to look at the order slip on the box, and it said No Cheese. I opened the box, and sure enough, there was No Cheese, not just skimpy on the cheese, but absolutely No Cheese. I had to wait while they remade the pizza for the third time, with cheese. I knew there was a reason we stopped going to this pizza place more than 10 years ago.

When you pay nearly $18 for a large 1 topping with extra cheese you expect to receive what you paid for. There wasn’t enough cheese on this pizza to cover the crust & barely any sauce. I love less than a mile from the restaurant yet my pizza arrived cold which tells me it sat for quite awhile before being picked up. Never again will I order from this place.

Orderd 1hr before they closed. Recieved a call at 553 about how they had to replace my breadsticks due to not having any. They insured me that they will be on their way in 5 minutes. 6:15 hit and still nothing. I called and can’t get thro to anyone since they are technically closed. It’s now 640… I’m so upset right now

Went to eat with my dad. It took someone seeing us to come and take our order even though there was a bell on the door witch rung when we came in women taking our order seemed nice. A little while later we got our food and started eating, in the middle of eating our food we hear them cussing in the back not just once but went on to say something along the lines of. Ya he’s our F wording B word. This was said at leased 3 times. In the end never going in to eat ever again.
