Horrible customer service! I ordered here for lunch and noticed what looks like mold on the bread. It’s hard to tell on the picture but it’s on the inside layer of the bread. I called just to be kind to notify the staff so they can be aware of this issue and the girl that answered put me on hold and then came back and started laughing then said it’s impossible for their bread to be moldy since they make it fresh. It wasn’t until I advised her I just called to inform so they’re aware and was not looking for a free sandwich then she apologized and thanked me.

I mobile ordered at 12:30 in the afternoon and my sandwich was ready very quickly. This is by far my favorite jimmy johns. Bread is always fresh. The subs taste fresh and the customer service is always great. very friendly staff at this location. I highly recommend the Rosemount Jimmy Johns. We live directly between two branches and this is my go to location.

Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve been to this location many times and they are always friendly and freaky fast. The chips are also delicious and perfectly serve as the counterpart to your sandwich. I like to take a bite of the sandwich and then immediately put a chip into my mouth for a flavorful, two punch crunch. Pro tip: buy some bread along with your meal so you can try to make your own sandwich at home the next day.

Our in-store take-out order was simple, two turkey toms, one as an unwich. Both sandwiches were a sloppy mess bathed in mayo. In addition, we ordered them to be “jimmied up” (peppers, oregano, etc) and these were missed despite being charged for it. I’ve gone to JJ for years and sadly the standards are easily missed here. Staff offered a remake after a phone call but that required driving back which wasn’t an option during a lunch break.

I ordered a sandwich a few months ago for delivery and was brought the completely wrong thing. They apologized and said their would be a free sandwich on my account I would have to call in to their store to redeem it. Today I called and the guy who answered was pretty rude about the situation. Said “I can’t just be handing out free sandwiches” I would have probably just ordered something before that comment but instead I decided to take my business elsewhere and he said “good go somewhere else”

Hire some staff, seriously a 25 minute wait is unacceptable any time. Everytime I am here the store is staffed by one person. Currently there are 5 people waiting order. Others have walked in and left after the people in line told them how long it is taking. The owners and managers better take notice quickly or this will become another former location.

Spent 17$ On an unwich and sandwich, lettuce on the unwich was rotten. Said something to the manager and he blew it off. Bread on the sandwich was hard as a rock and burnt. See pics below, avoid this jimmy John’s.

I waited over an hour for a pick up order for two sandwiches. People who just walked in and ordered received their order within 5-10 minutes. That is not fair to the people that order in advance. Also, one of the employees was yelling and swearing in the back room. Something needs to be done to make the weekend experience better for both the employees and the customer.

Ordered a few times and always take extremely long. This is the second time I ordered curbside and waiting for ten minutes, finally called and it just kept ringing. No one answered. I ordered curbside as of having kids in the car it was difficult to get them out. Finally had to unload and go in there. There was four people standing behind the counter and my bag was just sitting behind the counter. Very unimpressed
