The worst service I have ever received at any Dunkin. They were not too busy so not sure why the service had to be so bad. First off it was 7.99 for 6 donuts. And the chocolate frosted donut looked like someone dug into it. They looked terrible and they were for my 10 year old son. I would not let him touch it . I parked and went in and asked for replacement donuts. I showed them the donuts and they act like they couldn’t believe I didn’t want them . The donuts he took out the original box he placed back on the shelf. That’s gross to me. They don’t know what that person could have done to them. Just not good service.

If I could give a zero I would. The drink orders are never right. Even when they are right they taste off. Dirty somehow. My kids got lemonade that tasted like dirty water. They are rude and never worth the stop. Every now and then I stop again forgetting just how bad they are and am immediately reminded its such a waste of my money. Worth traveling to the one 322.

Their avocado toast was so hard like they had it sitting around for awhile. Wrong drink and couldn’t, or didn’t want to, understand that I wanted a refund. Turned coffee maker on so I had to hollar refund and he still kept saying ‘coffee?’ then pointed to pick up @ end of counter, but never came down.
