KFC Order came pretty quick. Only got two gravy with the three mash potatoes we ordered. Didn’t even get any of the sauces we ordered. Didn’t appear that they paid attention to the order they were filling. Probably due to the fact the they parked us and cleared the order.

A&W / KFC are always tasty. The root beer is excellent and the mashed potatoes always good. The service speed at this place however is ungodly slow. I waited 30 minutes and still no food. Everyone was. Apparently, as I found out, the reason for this was no one was working on completing orders for the dine-out, everyone was doing drive-through. Sounds like they need some better logistics over there otherwise it is going to annoy a lot more customers. I only had 30 minutes so unfortunately I wasn’t even able to stay to get my food so I just paid to wait 30 minutes. A&W/KFC please fix this logistics issue. Thank you

Terrible food/drink. Worst taste experience at an A&W. First the drink. When I tasted it I thought it was diet so I had them exchange it it for regular. Turns out it was way watered down because it tasted the same. I had t just throw it out. The fries were soggy and the burger was gross. Stringt tomato and smashed and unwrapped in bag. If I wasn’t hurrying to work I would’ve gone back for a refund.

Maybe the reason I had such a terrible experience was because it was Mothers Day but I got there a little after 7 and I waited 32 minutes in line and then they had me pull around to the front and I waited another 8 minutes before I went in, spent another 5 minutes at the register while employees ran around and then the guy went to find my order and couldn’t find it right away. All the while the guy at the counter next to me is yelling and getting mad because he has been waiting almost an hour for his food and about 6 other people had been waiting 30 minutes inside. My order was not even that big either. A few burgers and two fries. And because they forgot to bring my order out it was cold by the time I got home. I will give them another try but it wont be anytime soon.

Went in for root beer floats. As always, best root beer however they were a little thin on the ice cream. Have had better in the past at same location so maybe just the operator that day. Boost the ice cream and its a winner!

I have stopped in a few times traveling the area. Usually on par with others eat places of it’s type. I happened to stop in one night via Drive Though. The lights were on, drive through was fully lite. I was 2nd car in line. After a 10 minute wait for my turn, they waved me up without me ordering and said “sorry we are closed”. That was very bad. Not going there again.

I Don’t think this location have ever got my order right. Multiple times they don’t give me my fries or don’t give me something I pay for in meals. Tonight my burger is completely smashed and sauce and cheese all over the burgers buns and once again no fries.
