Our 3 year old got to visit 5 Guys for the first time. I agree with other reviews that mention the need for 5 Guys to have a kids menu. Our son loved his hot dog so much he didn’t even eat a fry. That’s saying something for him. Our food was good no real complaints just the same old thing of if it is good enough to be a $10 burger. My wife was impressed with her BLT. She would recommend it. Service here was good. Was not busy at that time but we did have to wait a bit to order and about 15 minutes for our food. Could be better.

Tried to stop in for a burger prior to going to the Newport aquarium. Stood at the counter for a several minutes and was just stared at by the employees. Our presence wasn’t acknowledged and we were the only customers in line. I was willing to pay a higher price given their location, but I will not pay a higher price when service is that rude.

I ordered from this store a couple of weeks ago and was told by the manager they didn’t have running water so they couldn’t complete my order. I asked how we’re they still open if they couldn’t wash dishes or clean properly she said she didn’t know why they were still open either. Meanwhile I haven’t received my refund for my food yet after speaking to two managers. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. I PAID FOR NOTHING!
