Had an issue with a different than our normal location and the manager at Lakeway location was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make the previous experience less frustrating. He was so nice about it and didn’t give me a hard time about a credit owed. We ordered the big NEW YORKER and it was so good! Definitely worth a try. The food was exactly as ordered and hot. It was ready to go in a timely manner and the manager was just as nice in person when picking up the order. I highly recommend the now Lakeway location. Honestly all the employees are friendly and helpful.

In a world where delivery fees go to the company, and not the person who actually made the delivery I choose to Order Pick Up. The old location brought convenience to that. Not only did it have parking near the entrance, but there was a drive-through. At this new location that convenience was removed. No drive-through, or parking near entrance. There isn’t even a direct path from the parking area to the main door. The only customer door is facing a main street with no parking. If you’re paying for convenience, and the convenience is removed, why continue to pay for it? I can just go somewhere that offers better convenience for a comparable product.
