This is the Jack in the box that I have ever been to. The manger helped me have a 10 percent discount and helped because the app wasn’t working to do the transaction. It wasn’t accepting my payment. I used the exact same card to pay for our meals,sides and such. The manager helped by giving me the 10 percent discount even though it wasn’t the 20 which the 10 was better than nothing. So I’m very disappointed that I didn’t get my discount from the app,but thankful that she helped us get some and some delicious food so I am doing the 5 star for her helping and honestly the food was awesome. They were happy I came in to try it for my first time too. Great job.

Went when this location first opened. Got some bad tea that tasted like it had been sitting for hours or in a dirty dispenser, knocked it off to new place they are trying to get things going. Had a couple good experiences until today. I am a big fan of the tacos and no matter I always order tacos when I go, but these tacos today were not even tacos! One was completely broken and bent like they were just as careless about making it as possible, and the other had nothing but lettuce and cheese in it. So much lettuce it seemed like they were using it to try and make it look like a full taco with the lettuce. Yes tacos are cheap but I still paid for them. Little things make the big difference. I would rather go a little further to the other location then half my food not even be worthy of eating. If I wanted salad with chips I would order that.
