Extremely disappointed. They act like the locals don’t have any other options. I stood at the counter long enough I almost walked out. Now I wish I would’ve. The kid that finally came to the register walked up and just looked at me. No greeting, no “can I take your order?” Nothing!! So after realizing/guessing he was ready, I went ahead and ordered the 3 pce chicken strip meal deal with a make it later hot fudge sundae. It was served very quickly. They must’ve had it ready to go prior to me ordering. The chicken was good. The gravy was a little warm, but very thick. It was fine though. The fries were cold and soggy. But then again, DQ isn’t known for having good fries. So after finishing my meal, I returned to the counter to get my Hot Fudge Sundae. Somebody different helped me. When I said I was back for my hot fudge sundae and showed him the receipt, he said “oh, I already made that” He went to the station behind the counter and sitting there was my sundae.

Edit went back on April 22 at 5:29pm. Will NOT be back. The service sucked. Was charged 1.70 for very little churro topping on my Sunday. Went and told them I wasn’t happy. Was told by the 3 kids up front that they are stupid and don’t know what they are doing. The manager was cooking the food. Got a couple Sunday coupons to replace the ones I took back and got refunded for. Then they proceeded to tell me since they were not marked I had to pay for the Sundays. They went at that time to confirm with the manager. It is now 5:55pm. The employee who took my order was Mattew. Came all the way from Boise and now I’m disappointed

They were out of NEARLY EVERYTHING. They had no coffee, no gravy. The soda machine dispensed room-temp soda because the cooling unit on the machine was non-functional. It was absolutely awful.

Very Friendly Staff and A wonderful Cashier named Becca who is very accommodating and kind. Fast and Fresh food tasty food that’s good for any family outing. Definitely recommend trying the Fruity Dipped cone as it tastes like fruity pebbles! Otherwise a very pleasant experience even with the lack of staff. Be sure to apperciate the staff members as they work very hard!

Waited for over 5 minutes at the counter was not even greeted by the staff,oh they looked at us,but did not say one word. Another customer asked for a clean up and we watched them do it them self horrible customer service. They need to have a adult to teach them how to treat their customers. Will never go there again as this was not the first time.

I payed 31 dollers for two meals and had to wait almost a full hour in the driver through even though there was only 2 people in front of me and they were not busy on the inside. Again I payed 31 dollers and my fries were not only cold but there were so few what a rip off I can pay 24 dollers and wait less time going to the truck stop or rjs. My experience at dq was too expensive for sub par food and way to long of a wait there was no benefit to going to this dq save time and money going to a restaurant and just getting to go boxes when your food shows up
