Ordered two crispy veggie (tacos $3 each) through ritual. Chose couple toppings on each. They only gave me the toppings. No stuffing inside. No one cared when they made it, but they greeted as I entered “Welcome to Bullritos”.. for what? To get ripped off??! Reading other reviews, no wonder.. may be they figured it’s a ritual order (someone/somewhere) and not going to be a repeat customer. Unacceptable.

Food was okay overall, but I wouldn’t come back with all the different lunch choices around. My spinach tortilla selection was a mistake. Not only did it not go well with my order (my fault on that) – it tasted flash frozen/stale/almost moldy.

I called about 20 times to cancel my order. I couldn’t get thru I drove an hour round trip for them to tell me the phone wasn’t all the way on the hook so that’s why the didn’t get my call. Now I have to eat cold food
