I tried the place for the first time yesterday, I definitely say 5 stars to the food and service, I’m not huge on crowds and it was super busy, but I was meeting someone and wanted to eat in. The server was nice and very caring to my needs. Food was so exceptional. I know lot of people are turned off by the pricing Google shows,but honestly you can spent $14 at McDonald’s for a meal and you get junk. You come here. I paid $28 for my meal, but the portions were huge and the ingredients and flavor was excellent, gourmet, well you just cannot beat it! I will be back. Treat yourself! it’s the best place to eat in floyd knobs.

Great food with generous portions! Definitely could be a meal for two! The seafood Diablo was good but a bit spicy. The shrimp and scallop ala vodka was great. The calamari and Caesar salad were also tasty. Definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough about the restaurant, the food, or the service. Molto Bene! Eccellente! From 2013-2017 I was in Italy on business frequently. Turino and Napoli mostly with the odd overnight in Rome. The food at Amore was phenomenal. My wife couldn’t believe the pour in her wine glass, as well as the serving sizes. Food was hot, very well done, delicious, and exceptionally plentiful. I’m not sure I ate much better when IN Italy, except in Napoli when I would be on the coast by the castle and eat the fruiti del mar! When we left they boxed our food, and even tossed in a loaf of fresh bread, and recommended sautéing the leftovers vice microwaving them. Kiara was our server and she was as charming and welcoming as the restaurant. Amore has been added to the regular rotation! (the Lobster bake was outstanding!) The total was slightly over 100 but with 3 glasses of wine and a beer, and we had a second meal out of it a day later, that is reasonable in my opinion. The food and service were well worth the price.

OMG, I absolutely love everything about it. The wine spaghetti and meatballs are some of the best i have ever had! The service was great! At this rate, they will need a bigger restaurant. I highly recommend it. It is not cheap, but you get your monies worth!

We always enjoy going to Amore. It is a charming and relaxing restaurant where you do not feel rushed. We have never had a bad meal there and always have enough take-home for a second meal. There is no lack of service, and all the staff pitches in and helps one and the other. All of them always have a smile on their faces.

Brought my wife for the elusive date night that we never get to have. Was not disappointed. I got the Chicken Parmigiana, and the wife got beef tenderloin medallions. Both meals were delicious.large portions and we were able to have plenty of leftovers for the next day. We were impressed and will be back

Amore is located in a shopping plaza, way at the back, easy to over look. But, don’t! We went on a Thursday night without a reservation. We were seated immediately, but the house was already nearly full. We started with lovely rustic loaf of bread, served with garlic spread. A perfect little appetizer as we perused the menu. A nice assortment of pastas, entrees and meal-sized salads. Plus, several nightly specials. Hubby chose lasagne, I chose a special, Chicken Kennedy. Portions were more than ample and the food was delicious. Some of the best Italian food I’ve had in years! Rich, flavorful and expertly prepared. We saved room for dessert (not easy to do!) and chose the 7-layer carrot cake. If you are a fan of carrot cake do NOT miss this! Moist, spicy and not overly sweet with just the right amount of cream cheese frosting. Get it to share, the serving is huge! There is a full bar, a small wine list and a beer list with a few craft offerings. Service was friendly, knowlegable and attentive. If you plan to go on a weekend get reservations!
