I love pupusas! I’ve had pupusas all over California. This was probably my least favorite place to have them, so I probably won’t be back. It’s affordable, but the quality and service isn’t worth my time. The filling in the pupusa was lacking, the batter was heavy. The sauce is good, without it, the food is quite bland. I asked for another salsa and never got it. The food took really long to come out. Try the place in Rancho, off Sunrise, or the place in Woodland off Main- totally worth it!!

Had lunch here with the boyfriend today! Clean, clean, clean restaurant! Leslie, our waitress was just lovely! (She is Claudia’s daughter.) Friendly family atmosphere, fast service, generous portions and great prices! Special order performed to a t! Just wonderful and very filling. Not too spicy or too hot, just right. We will definitely be going back!

We now come here regularly and get platters of pupusas every time. Took our salvadorean relatives here and got the approval, too.

I don’t know if it is a racial thing but I ordered 2 super burrito which the menu says are $8.95 a piece yet I was charged for the price of 4 $32.50. This was the first and the last time I spend my money here. If English is your first language be prepared to be ripped off.

So happy we found this place! The pupusas here are fresh and delicious and I love the super spicy and mild hot sauce that complements so well with the cabbage. We tried the revuelta, jalapeño and cheese and loroca and cheese. Our favorites were the jalapeño and revuelta with the perfect filling ratio. I would dare say that this is even better than our favorite pupusas in SF! Not to mention service here is friendly and we can’t wait to come back!
