Rude staff let me know almost everything was not on hand. Ordered 2 burgers fries, onion rings almost $40. Everything was cold, an expensive no flavor that doesn’t go together cold to the bite it took forever for it, the onion rings were good that was all. I will never again spend my hard earned money on cold no flavor expensive burgers At least be hot, nope. The service was not great also. Why is there an option to tip when you pay it’s literally a stand up an order move on joint. Tired of tips being push. I require that right if the service is good, food good to. Like I said stand up an order. Stop it whom deserves a tip I haven’t gotten my food yet. You can’t move on I left $1. Again, I’m not tipping to take an order at a stand up, no one brings the food to you, at a register that’s stupid.

I normally go to the location on Arch in philly but this time eating i decided to eat from the fashion district location since me and my home girls were out shopping having quality time like we do on Sundays we went to order food and when it was time to pay it was bought to my attention it is manadatory to tip the cashier I laughed and was confused so the line cook came from the kitchen to see what was going on this was my first time at this location I asked the cashier how come it was he just stated it is important to do so the girl had to be about 15 years old why is it manadatory she already looked like she had a attitude yeah never again !!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday my wife had lunch at BurgerFi. Well BurgerFi ended up charging our account 11 times. My wife talked with an online chat rep for our bank who said she needed to call the vendor. She’s busy at work so I decided to cal. I got an automated line that allowed me to talk with a manager. A manager (Ash) picks up asks if I can hold on. I said that I could wait. So I’m on hold for about 3 minutes and then he just hangs up on me.
