Taco Bell has better quality meat than what was on my cheesesteak. Super dry and crumbly. Pretty much all that came on it was meat and cheese. Very disappointing meal.

I placed an order for the Jerk chicken Philly sub and other things. For the sub, I asked for no lettuce, tomato, green peppers, mayo, and jalapeños. They ignored these instructions. When I called they did not apologize and the manager said to ask Uber Eats for a refund and then reorder my food. I’m annoyed because if I do this, I’d have to pay for another delivery fee and tip because of their mistake. No thanks!

i called and placed an order – they said it would be 15 minutes. i get there to get my food they had no record of my order and nomore jerk chicken … wasn’t aware of this until waiting for almost 20 minutes then, was told i could have ox tails ok.. whatever. food was disgusting mac and cheese was old and had dried up white cheese sauce on top of it! overall my food was NOT worth $60. i will never and i mean never eat here again. i literally waited a little over an hour for my food for a mix up that was not my fault! the rice tasted like it came straight out a microwaveable bag and the oxtails had no meat on them. threw all my food in the trash 0/10 do not recommend this place!

We loved there food and our waiter her name was Stephany and she was a great waiter she got everything we needed and made sure we always had everything that we wanted I would highly recommend coming her to eat and there food not that expensive either!!!!!!!!!!

This place has severely went down hill! We ordered 2 large jerk chicken and a Philly cheesesteak. The jerk chicken was way overcooked and tasted nothing like it was suppose to. The cabbage was good! The Philly steak was way overcooked and had zero flavor. The bread was also soggy.

The cheesesteak factory on Williamson just served me the worse cheesesteak subs in history I spent $40 on three subs and they had NO meat in the subs all cheese and I would not recommend going to the Williamson cheesesteak factory it’s like a ghost town. And they ripped me and my family off! Bad business. Bad Food. SMH.
