I usually try to leave a good comment but this place is so hot on the inside the employees are trying to take orders in that heat no air was blowing at all inside. The took my order was very polite the young man tried, I really appreciate that but the owner are to be ashamed of themselves the working environment is terrible. So I give 5 stars to the young men who are cooking in that heat and the one with the headset was awesome.

Delicious, hot, fast service. Employees were helpful. Although the restaurant could use updating. Duct tape on seating and damaged tile on the floor from a missing stool. But good food at a fair price in good portions… Oh… and don’t bother using the restroom. We left from an eat in to take out for that reason

Ordered a 3 piece big box meal. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The chicken (all dark, didn’t order that way) was over cooked to the point that it tasted burned. The chicken had been laying out for quite some time because it was dried out. Mashed potatoes were cold and the coleslaw was warm. I stopped going there because of the poor quality food but thought maybe they improved. No, they did not improve one little bit. Definately the last time I’ll go there.

Just started back to getting food from KFC after more than 10 years. The food has been hot, tasty, and properly cooked. The staff is much better, which is one reason I stopped buying KFC. Keep the great staff and keep cooking the food properly I will keep coming. Past 2 weeks I’ve visited 4 times KFC on Johnson Road, Granite City IL.

The main manager is having extra marital affairs with one of his managers. With that relationship there is a lot of tension with the workers and they can’t keep employees because of it and makes dining in the store uncomfortable. I would not want to dine here again until this issue is resolved.

I ordered from this store on 1/25/19 from the Grubhub app. The food was delivered on time. But the driver had no sodas that I ordered he said that they never gave him any sodas to bring. I ordered 2 flavored bbq sandwich combos meals the sandwiches hardly had any sauce on them. It tasted more like a plain chicken sandwich with out any kind of sauce. I also ordered a 8pc meal. The bucket consisted of 2 breast and a couple of wings the rest was chicken thighs that were just as small as the wings no legs at all in the bucket definitely not what I paid for considering I paid almost $55+tip!! Very disappointed!! picture is one of the thighs that were in the bucket!!
