Tried a different Zaxbys on a trip to Ocala (the other one was on Silver Springs Blvd. months ago) and wanted to check things out. Chicken fingers were decent, but overall very small. Fries? Way too salty/seasoned for me. Plus they really pile on the fries with your meal. Cole slaw was good, but just a small cup. Garlic bread was good. I know all restaurants are expensive but the value for a dinner/drink was way too expensive. I’ll try Zaxbys again down the road, but it’ll be a very long time and hope they improve on pricing, less salty fries, and bigger chicken fingers.

Happily greeted as I was walking in to a very friendly atmosphere. Was going in to buy food for my pregnant wife, and the gentleman behind the counter completely understood the assignment. Went above and beyond to make sure my wife would be thoroughly pleased with her meal purchase. Offering extra sauces without me even asking for them just to be sure the cravings were satisfied in case of the sauce being off in taste. 100% satisfied and we will be returning for more. Food tastes great and sauce is fantasticly delicious.

I was having a rough day until I came to the Zaxbys drive thru and was stopped by Mr Eric who was going to take my order standing with a tablet and a smile. His smile and kindness was so mesmerizing that I felt so much peace at that moment we even joked about what I should eat from the menu. A true blessing to run into people like him. The Manager Mr Noah was just as kind when I told him Mr Eric had made my day and the crew in the inside was just as great. Best Chicken Finger plate ever food was great but above all the People and their kindness. Thank you Mr Eric you made my Day !!!

It went through drive-through and requested a 5 piece boneless wings. Never go through drive-thru. Very disappointed. Looks more like chicken nuggets. 2 of them don’t even have the size to be a chicken nugget and they call this wings?! You really need a teach your employee’s common sense. Serve your customers as you would like to be served yourself. Not like that .

The loaded fries are excellent especially with the spicy zaks sauce. Veterans get a 10% discount at participating locations. So ask for it you do have to have proof.

Food was hot and fresh, the wings and things meal is amazing! Can get any of their sauces on it… the Buffalo garlic sauce is superb! All drinks were sealed as well as bag. Dipping sauces were in bag & didn’t even have to ask for them. All in all, excellent service!
