Let’s start with the food: Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS it couldn’t have been better!

One goes out to 10 different restaurants to find the experience like the one I just had. Oso is one of those far and few between gems. It has quickly become one of my now go to establishments.

Festive environment and affordable tasty tapas. We split the mini selection (three smaller tapas) and added two more. Tapas and two glasses of wine cost about $60 (5/25/23). Outstanding wine selection, with amusing descriptions. Be sure to wander around downtown Silverton. Charming and historic.

Our dinner was lovely! The dolma and spanikopita appetizer were both delicious, and the entrees were super tasty. The beer was delicious (great selection!) and the drinks would have been great (so creative), but we needed to drive so couldn’t indulge. Atmosphere is open and inviting. Will visit again if I’m ever in this area again. Delightful. Thank you!

Bad experience on First Friday visit. Male server took drink order, then never came back. He was visiting with people at the bar, for a long time. We had to go to bar and ask for status, and they hadn’t even seen order ( this is well over 20 minutes); we should have walked out then, but didn’t. Service was horrible, food we ordered was marginal, but the menu looked interesting. It was not all that busy inside, and some people outside; but there was no excuse for ignoring our table. Decor is nice, and people sitting around bar seemed to be having fun, but seemingly knew bartender and servers. Maybe just this one servers negligence is not reflective of the entire staff. Good responsive service is key to bar and restaurant experience, and getting the initial drink order out quickly sets the tone; and circle back shortly for food order….pretty basic stuff.

Wonderful little spot with food and drinks that are to die for! My husband and myself met up with some friends for live music on Sunday night. Every plate I saw that ce out of the kitchen looked delicious. Just about every person in our party ordered something different. There was live music, perfect relaxed ambience, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will for sure bringing more friends here.

This place is amazing! It’s such a beautiful restaurant. The wine, beer and food selection is great. They have vegetarian options too. I’ll recommend Oso to anyone looking for a date night out or just looking to get food or a drink. 10/10

I rarely if ever review, but I dined in for dinner and had the herb sirloin Kebob. It was very good. Well cooked and savory. Came with a nice green salad and rice to compliment. I would recommend it. Also got the lobster soup of the day. Not quite as great as I hoped but a nice meal none the less. Quick service, nice staff, decent prices. Happy to have stopped by.

Great food, nice ambiance. An unexpected treat for such a small town. Service was a bit slow yet I think they were slammed, so I’ll let it slide

We had the tapas with pork belly, patatas braves, whipped feta and spanikopita. I loved all of it with the exception of the pork belly. But I don’t really like pork so I’m a bad judge. My husband who loves pork belly went nuts over it and kept saying how perfect the sear was so there we go! ‍♀️
