Big Apple Pizza deserves a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. (I will round up) The place was buzzing with customers, but the staff handled it like pros, very friendly to me and my son waiting for our Take-out Order, making the wait totally worth it. I appreciate their efficiency and friendly service, and the pizza + pasta itself was great, hitting the spot just right.

I have never ever done a review in my life this is my first one being a former small business owner I am extremely disappointed. Number one the customer service from the people working the phones was not very good. Number two the quality of the food as far as getting here was not good either . For example we were told a 45 minute wait for delivery and it was well over 30 minutes late and the order was not totally fulfilled. The third and biggest problem I have with Big Apple Pizza in Palm City is when I called them to tell them what had happened the person I spoke to was extremely rude. I get mistakes are made as I made them myself in business but there’s a better way of handling things than the way this was handled. I’m sorry but I would not recommend Big Apple Pizza in Palm City

I love this place! The pizza and pasta are so good, one of my favorite penne a la vodka dishes in the area. The owner Mike is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, like you’ve walked into his personal kitchen. I haven’t used their delivery service so I can’t comment on that but you should definitely give this place a try!
