The food was incredible! Everything was delicious and definitely value for money. You get quite a lot of food. The Spicy Chicken burger was not too spicy(unless you have a bite of the pepper before you eat). The Brunch Burger was amazing, egg perfectly cooked.

Food was so delicious. My fiancé and I split the breakfast tacos and a brunch burger and we were so happy with our choices . The breakfast tacos were so delicious and tasty , they were my favorite between the two ..but the burger was so good too

Been here twice now and both times were great. We had to wait a few minutes to get seated but that is everywhere at any good brunch spot these days on a Saturday/Sunday. We had the breakfast burrito, a special crab cake benedict, good morning margarita, and a michelada. Previously have tried the Holli’s hashbrown casserole and smoked salmon benedict. All have been very tasty. Will obviously go back.

We stopped in for breakfast. It was delicious. We were seated promptly and waited on right away. I would definitely recommend.

A fun breakfast spot located in downtown Portland. Kingsland Kitchen would have a waiting time of 20-30 minutes, but the staff will get your number and text you once they have a table for you. Parking is hard especially when it is busy, you might have to park a block or two away and walk towards the location.

I got the spinach and mushroom omelette. The omelet was watery on the inside and I think it’s because of the spinach. That was disappointing. The amount of Swiss and mushrooms was nice. I wish they gave me three times the amount of potato’s cuz a fifth of a cup is not enough for that price. The waiter was nice and the hostess kind of seemed like he’s eaten there before. We asked for recommendations and from what he said compared to what we got did not match up.

I have never been so deceived by a French toast. It looked so good when it came out, heard the server talking about how it’s the best french toast he’s ever had. I don’t know if they ran out of custard mixture or what, but my French toast was just griddled brioche. It wasn’t soaked in anything, it was just dry bread with powdered sugar on it. I can’t believe I paid $19 for it.

This is a gem amongst gems with top notch service and food that’s on point, my wife had the eggs Benedict and i ordered the special which was a fried chicken breast with sausage gravy over potatoes with two eggs on top with a bloody Mary chaser. Let’s just say i had a smile on face when I walked out. So do yourself a favor and visit Kingsland you won’t regret it!

The coffee was great. The Eggs Benedict was just ok. Not bad, but not great. Needed more hollandaise, IMHO. The hashbrowns had great flavor, but they needed a bit more crunch.

Eton mess was fantastic. Pancakes were creamy and filling, strawberry coulis was tart and just sweet enough to make your mouth water. Display was on point. On top of excellent food, staff was kind and charismatic.
