We called to order and were told we had to use the website. No problem. Logged in, made an order, and waited patiently for our pie. One hour later, no pie. Called, gave our name and were told Door Dash had picked it up. The only problem was that we hadn’t used Door Dash. Once we told them that, they told us that we had to request a dasher. For what? We ordered a pizza via Pizza Hut app. They didn’t care. They told us to call the next day and speak to “Barry, the manager.” Does it really need to be this hard to order a pizza? Plus the fact that no one actually cared or offered to help THAT DAY, was poor customer service. Awful. Again, NO we did not USE Door Dash. We logged in via our regular pizza hut login. Absolute fail

Believe the reviews you are seeing here folks. I gave benefit of the doubt and received a poorly made and incomplete order with no remedy offered other than to call back tomorrow to talk to manager. The sea of 1-star reviews here probably only covers a percentage of the complaints they field over the phone and at the register and despite all that, they still continue to under deliver on all fronts. Quality, service, order fulfillment, time management, all F minus across the board.

This is what they call a deep pan, pepperoni, mushroom pizza in Hilton Head?! Disgusting! Aside from the obvious, it’s under cooked, cold, and gross. When we called we were told they had no more drivers and couldn’t give us a refund. We’ll see about that when I get there in the morning.

Went in the store to order, all the workers were sitting on a bench on their phones…except one guy who was in the back the whole time. One of the workers got off the bench and came over to us and told us, “it is cheaper to order on line.” He then hands us a to go menu and went back to the bench back to his phone. So, we ordered on line while there at the store. Got the pizza home and it looked as if it had sat there for hours. Ingredients did not look fresh and the pizza looked dried out and looked as if it had been in the oven to long. Not a good experience at all for a medium $13 pizza. If we had known that Domino’s was right up the street we would of gone there for a large 3 topping for $7.99. We are here on vacation and just went for the first thing we saw after going to the Dollar Tree. Bad idea!

If you like your pizza burnt and poor customer service, this is the place! Ordering for the first time in years, my family was thoroughly disappointed with the food and service. Both of our large pies were blackened and hard. It was a complete waste of money.

Ordered a large pepperoni lovers and a large half cheese and half pepperoni. There were more pepperoni’s on the half cheese/half pepperoni than on the pepperoni lover’s pizza. And there was almost no sauce on either. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. I will not eat here ever again.

lady on the phone was extremely rude but the manager was helpful about the situation and helped us thru the whole problem. DoorDash driver assigned to our delivery order was as well very aggressive and rude.

Worst customer service my family and I have experienced ever. We are traveling and had been on the road for 13 hours and call Pizza Hut for a delivery order in which they said they would be able to deliver it to the location. Once we realized it had been over an hour our family called to check the status and they had said our order was cancelled without notice of us. Still being charged for the pizza and calling multiple time for a refund to place our money somewhere else, they kept hanging up on us after we called multiple times! Worst experience ever! Save your money

Probably would have given them 5 stars but they don’t deliver and the lady that answered the phone was about useless. Kept trying to push us to order online, which was fine, but I asked if they still made cheese-stuffed crust pizza, to which she responded, “You have to go online”. ♂️
