Was craving you guys went and came home there was a couple fresh chicken on top but after that. This is what our 12 piece bucket cost old chicken that was prolly left under a heating lamp and at 42$ this is unexceptable usually now days. won’t be back to that kfc

The restaurant is decent. The food is usually good. The problem is is that the restaurants never open. You drive up and you order food and you get told that the KFC is not open but there’s no signage that says that it’s closed. So then you have to Wait in the drive-thru because people get behind you when you’re trying to order. You need to figure out a better system to let patrons know when half the business is closed.

We pulled up and walked up to the door only to find it locked. The sign said drive thru open, so we got in line. When we got up to order the girl said we are only serving Taco Bell, KFC is closed. My husband says great now I’m stuck in line and can’t order, and can’t order. Why is the drive thru open sign on? She said, we’re not asked to put signs up anymore. SAY WHAT??? So she then says there’s only 1 car in front of you. So we pull up expecting the 1 car to be gone so we can leave, but no they are still waiting for their Taco Bell. My husband calls her and says could you be courteous and have the car pull up so we can leave? She huffed and said I’ll get you out of line. She went to the window and said to the lady, the man behind you is upset could you pull forward so they can leave? She did and we stopped to explain the situation to her, she was very understanding, as anyone should be. I will NEVER eat here again. I tried posting this with 0 stars, but it wouldn’t let me.

Front door locked. Only drive up. Our truck and trailer could not go through drive up. I called to place an order and was informed that too short handed to place an order but not too busy to answer phone. Fast food joints put small business out of business and offer no customer service. We were self employed for years. I hope I never treated customers like this.

We were just passing through Milan and went through the drive through. Ordered 2 $5 fill ups with chicken. Asked to replace potatoes with coleslaw. Had a difficult time with the drive through employee being able to hear and understand the order. When we got to the window it made perfect sense. The employee had ear buds in as well as the headset for taking orders. We received only one meal not the two we ordered. When we finally received both neither had the coleslaw we odered, no silverware or napkins. Asked for honey and butter received only honey. Employee had a bit of an attitude.

Cashier at the counter could not understand what I was trying to order when I asked for the “Tender meal”, which is clearly described on the menu that was directly behind her. After a good 45 minute wait I finally got my food just to get home and find out they gave me something completely different than what I ordered. To top it off, the food was cold and did not taste good at all. This restaurant is a joke and so many people I know have labeled it the worst of its kind anywhere in Michigan. Disgraceful.

Don’t waste your time at this kfc in Milan Mi. My order has been screwed up twice in a row. The first time I paid for items I did not get. The second time I asked them to double check to make sure the order was correct. It was not. Service has really deteriorated there. I will not be going there anymore.

Staying in the Sleep Inn next door. Walked over there because I drive a truck and cannot go through the drive through. Went inside and a girl said the lobby was closed. She refused to take my order as she stood there 5 feet from me and said I could not walk through the drive through to order. After a 12 hour day I can’t get anything to eat. These folks are heartless.

I used to love coming to this location, friendly staff, friendly managers (usually) I am a regular, and I always substitute my wings for thighs, which you are allowed to do, re check your policies management! Other KFCs will do this, and it’s not a big deal. When I witnessed an employee being yelled at, because she let someone substitute their chicken, I was outraged! You have no right to scream at an employee for satisfying their customers, when you are allowed to substitute items! Check your ego sweetheart, or have a professional retrain you on how to handle your employees, the right way. They did nothing wrong, this store is already failing, don’t make it worse. No wonder no one wants to work here, I certainly don’t.
