Best customer service! The people working were so polite and kind. Let us sample their new nuggets before deciding what to order. Were so patient with us as we struggled to decide on what to eat. It was such a pleasant experience, and I did not expect the level of care at a fast food restaurant.

I go through weekly. Almost everytime there is a 15-30 minute wait from ordering to getting your food and that usually includes having to pull around to the parking lot that you have to cross hwy 77 just to get back into . And then half of the workers are rude acting like you buying food is the most annoying thing on earth. They even make comments as you drive around to sit in the parking lot for another 5 mins. I will hand it to the lady who brought the food out and apologized for the wait. That’s the first time.

I called and order in on Thursday to be picked up at Friday at 2:45 when I got off work I did everything online they gave me a pickup time location which was Beatrice when I got there they said they never got the order it wasn’t ready and then I had to wait to get my order when it’s already supposed to be ready
