Everything was delicious and staff was friendly. Service was great. We had to ask for ketchup (for french fries) and hot sauce as there was none out, but they were more than happy to get the items and bring them to our table very quickly. Plenty of seating from one to a large number of people. Family friendly. They do have a seperate party room and bathrooms were clean. I’m not sure of how pricing is (as we invited out by another family member- their treat & suggestion) for children as compared to adults. They did ask ages of children. I do believe it was over $100 for our group of 5 adults and 3 children.

Over priced some of the food was cold, old ,or dried out… loud unruley kids running around being loud etc.etc.etc and they watch you like a hawk geez couldn’t have a conversation without someone coming to ur table ever 5 minutes totally over priced I don’t recommend this place at all

Finally found a restaurant that does egg rolls right. Just the perfect amount of grease. When I do take out, I get about 4 meals from their wide ranging menu. Food is delicious, staff are some of the friendliest people and prices are very competitive

Please do not go here, we went the other day and as we were still eating a lady came over and brought our check and didn’t walk away until we paid her, any other time you pay at front after you are done. After she came back with the card she told my brother because his girlfriend paid he had to tip and stood there until he pulled a $10 out of his wallet to hand to her, and we all ended up with food poisoning. Stay away from here, food is just as bad as the service!

Of the 3 buffets in the area, this is the best one. Wonton soup is on point, crab salad is very good and steamed white fish is excellent. I do wish they wouldn’t overcook the roast beef. Well done is too hard. Since it sits on the steam table a long time, cook it rare so it cooks to a perfect medium rare on the buffet. Also, please change the menu items occasionally. I’ve been coming here since it opened but I drive to Syracuse for a change of menu. Please bring back the stuffed cheesy mussels or add creamed spinach to the menu. Make it different at least seasonally if not monthly so regulars like me will have something to look forward to. Sashimi would be great. Diabetics can’t eat too much sushi because the rice raises our blood sugar. Thank you

The seafood was spoiled. The pieces of lobster tails were doused in ammonia and chloride to camouflage the spoiled scent and taste. CONTACTED FOOD INSPECTOR THEY WILL COME UNDERCOVER TO INSPECT THE FOOD. Smell it first before eating it. You can smell it was rotten. I came there before and those lobster tail pieces were ok once and twice they were spoiled beyond the consumption. I took the sample and handed over to the food inspector. They will test it.
