I always enjoy my experience when I visit this Skrimp Shack. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, & the staff is polite. Thier Flounder “samwhich” is amazing, but thier shrimps are good too. If you only want fish then try the whiting or flounder. If you’re in the mood for something spicy then get the spicy fried batter. It’s amazing, (but not for “lightweights”). The sweet tea is also very good. If you choose to dine in, thier restaurant is clean & spacious. Give this Skrimp Shack a try if you’re in the mood for seafood. You won’t regret it.

The food was good however, the staff need improvement. The person taking the order had an personality like she didn’t want to be there. She spoke so soft when you ask her questions regarding the menu. One of the cooks came out and brought people food out with his gloves on. There’s a pass through window, some food was placed in the window, I ask the person taking the orders was one of those bags our order, we had been waiting a long time, she said no, those are for Grubhub, later she checked the bags and one of those order were our; it had sit there for 10 minutes. The young lady that took the orders, swept the floor while people were in the dining hall eating, two ladies was disturbed. I understand it’s hard to find good workers .

My wife and i just left this establishment. My wife’s order was incorrect and when she tried to get a replacement meal she was confronted by the cook that told us that she ordered the incorrect meal and he would not replace it. He was rude and overbearing with his presence and confrontational in his manner. His name was Kavone King and needs to be terminated for his lack of skill in dealing with the public.

Bring your appetite! We ordered the Big Cat(feeds 2 but can certainly feed a lot more). 1 lb of catfish fillets fried(they call it “hard” as opposed to bake/broiled). Comes with no sides but you can order a big box of fries(MORE than enough) and a dozen hush puppies(golf ball sized goodness!). VERY delicious and very affordable.

Worst, rudest front counter person, I have ever met. My order was incorrect, she informed me “that is what i heard, so sorry”. I had to pay another $3.08 for a side to complete my meal. While trashing the one that she decided she heard me say. Where has customer service gone?

Disgusting! My husband & I were thinking that trying this particular Skrimp Shack for the 2nd time would have been better. We both are VERY disappointed!!! A total waste of our money and time. The fish, fries and hushpuppies had a distinctive bitter taste, which is what we experienced the first time we purchased food from there. I’m not sure if the oil is foul or their fish. We had to throw $28 in the trash. I also tried to call, to express my concerns but no one would answer.
