We got a whooper,fries,and 2 double cheese burgers, fries. I always get the double cheese burgers when I eat at a burger king. Well, I got home with the food started eating and crunch something crunchy was in my burgers. So stopped eating opened the bun the burgers were like they had been setting out all day long .so took the food back asked for the manager and she responded very quickly made new food with her employee in the kitchen. This food should have never been served to anyone this was not a good dission on the workers part. hope she gets this straight with the employees.

I ordered a double whopper without the bread. I asked at the window if they had put lettuce, tomato, onion on the burger and I was told that they had. I’m so sick of spending money at places where the people making the food don’t care. What’s crazy is a few weeks ago, I ordered the same thing and it was perfect. Not to mention, the gentleman who walked outside to smoke a cigarette where the entire drive thru line could see him.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. We order from the drive thru. We had to separate our own food. The onion rings were cold, so I took the onion rings back in. One manager was sitting in the booth on her phone. The second manager was leaning up against the fry station on her phone. I was there a good 3 or 4 minutes before the manager in the booth yelled across the restaurant calling the girls name and the girl yells what as rude as can be. She didn’t even care that I was standing there. So she walks over and I asked for fresh onion rings. There was no I apologize for that or I’m sorry let me make you fresh ones. The manager stays in the booth for a while talking on the phone. I had to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes for onion rings. When I finally got the food there was nothing. I said have a good night and the lady walked away. The employees at night really do not want to be there and the sad part it shows how they treat customers.

I waited 10 minutes to even get a person on the register to take my order. Multiple other costumers were complaining saying “my nuggets were hard.” “You forgot this.” This Burger King is the worst I have EVER been to. No one cares about the food quality and service here. It’s so bad. Yeah they only have 4 people working but still you can do better than that. The floor was absolutely sticky. I’m very dissatisfied with Burger King. It took me 20 minutes for my food to get done.

Can’t give negative stars or I would. This place needs to fire all their employees and start from scratch. It took almost 30 minutes to go through the drive thru for 1 burger. On top of that, they got my order wrong not once, but twice. Never going here again and I would advise anyone else against going here as well.
