Food is always hot and fresh. The service is pretty good for a buffet. The whole entire building could use a coat of pain and cleaning in general. It looks very aged and unkempt. Not “dirty” per say, because I saw the servers wiping things down, but just many places aren’t aging well and could be made better easily.

Unfortunately, m family went to Western Sizzlin’ in Poteau for a late afternoon lunch. Hadn’t been there in six months. Won’t be going back there again. Rude /lack of service, overcooked food (some nearly burned / dried out left on the warmer bars, including dark brown macaroni along with the rolls not baked correctly), and the lady cashier was being rude by arguing with my wife over the price because the woman kept adding additional items. Definitely not worth the price paid. Overall, I’m just thankful my wife and daughter didn’t mention to any of them it was my birthday. Only God knows how that would have been worse.

Bathrooms didn’t really accommodate for a wheelchair. Smashed my hand trying to wheel myself out of the somewhat handicap stall. Had to call my son to the women’s bathroom to help me out.

We were not offered a senior citizen discount. The girl at the register asked if we wanted pickles, lettuce, onions, & tomato. We told her we did. When the burgers arrived, they were just meat & bun. We told our server, so she brought us some. Fries were greasy & cold, but the burgers & Pepsi were good.

The manager JOHNATHAN is a horrible manager. He screams at his staff when he has to help, he hits on underage girls whom work there. He also gets away with being rude to customers. Absolutely would not recommend
