I guess they use DoorDash to deliver orders instead of paying people to work here. That means your pizza will be late and cold. Also, the driver that showed up with my pizza banged on the door while staring at a large sign telling them that the door of my store is locked and to use the drive thru. i guess the note i put on my order wasnt read either. This store called me after placing an order on their website to try to get me to order through doordash. WHY WOULD I DO THAT? This is the worst run store ive ever encountered.

After ordering for our entire office, over $100 worth of food we had 1 pizza missing(of course the birthday girls pizza). Called to let them know and have it brought to us. The person said yes it’s right here, sorry. We then received the pizza and as you can see it was either dropped or the delivery driver got hungry and ate a piece on his way. The manager on duty was ABSOLUTELY terrible. I had to ask for a refund, barely got that for the one pizza. Did not even offer to bring yet another one. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not go here.

My husband and I waited over 3 hours for a pizza that was being delivered less than 5 miles away. Our order was sent out via Door Dash which we were not made aware of until 2 1/2 hours into waiting. Horrible service! Let your customers know what’s happening, especially if you charge their card before they get their food!

I ordered a Margherita pizza and this was what I received. Disappointed is an understatement. The pizza was cold and had clearly been sitting out. They also forgot my drink. I usually love Donato’s but I would not recommend ordering from here.

I placed an online order and was sent an email advising my order would arrive at 12 pm. 12 pm came and went. Called the store at about 1208 pm was advised it was out for delivery. Still waiting…I received an email stating my order had left the building at 1214 pm!!! Driver arrived at 1222 pm. Advised he left the store at 1218 pm for delivery!! Never ordering Donato’s again!

I really like this place, I would definitely recommend it. I have ordered from here several times and it’s always been just perfect. They do a fabulous job despite the fact that they seem to be under staffed (college kids this is a great place to work and besides it build character it’s time to go back to work) I really appreciate how my order is always consistent and I appreciate all the handwork thank you Ashland and Main Donatos.
