Got the oreo cheesecake got home and it was expired called back and told the manager she said oh well and hung up. Employees need to check themselves and realize the customer pays there bills. All I wanted was to being the ones expired back for a exchange but no I was rudely hung up on. Worse Popeyes ever.

8-5-19 Thursday 4:30 pm. The food was not bad. It taste like Popeyes. This location is so hot . The manager that was giving the “interviews in the lobby” said that the AC was freezing up. Ok Um not. I’ve been in this location before and it was hot then. Just a heads up corporate you don’t do that in front of customers. FYI Customers do not want to hear about people‘s past work experience and their personal lives. Will not returning to this location, chick-fil-A is right across the street. Ill go there next time. I recorded some of the interviews. I’ll post them when I figure out how to upload them.

The food here is always great. Common, it’s popeyes chicken. I always get the family 10 pc and we always have leftovers and I don’t know about you, but a midnight snack of a cold chicken drumstick hits the spot everytime. It always takes a little while to get your order but always worth the wait. The store is clean and the staff are always nice. Grab the spicy if you want a little heat but not too overwhelming.

The chicken is good, but they are really skimping on the spices! The spicy chicken wasn’t spicy at all, and the red beans and rice, usually a favorite of ours, was very bland.

Check your food before you leave , I ordered 2- 3 piece chicken dinners and I get home and I have 6 piece chicken box with chicken I don’t like and 1 mashed potato , not what I ordered , will check from now on

Gross! We went in because the drive thru line was so long. After 10 minutes of the staff members not taking orders, one finished cutting boxes open on the counter (which covered it) and clicking her box blade in and out before walking up without a word and then acting like I’m crazy for not ordering already. She continued with the knife the whole time we ordered. Excuse me? Then another 30 minutes go by before we got our food! The walls and windows and doors are covered in food funk and oily residue and boxes were stacked everywhere so much so that I had to climb over some to sit. We felt like we were in slumville at its finest. And now my stomach hurts…

If I could rate this business zero stars I would tenders with popcorn shrimp is always over cooked or undercooked and cooked in old grease and manager has a nasty attitude never answer customer calls goes straight to voicemail. I paid $19.00 for trash food.

Food was cold @ 11: 30 am. I don’t understand why it would be during lunch hour. Shrimp tackle box was cold and I ordered sweet tea and received unsweetened. The staff seems miserable and with no manners whatsoever. The phone number listed for me to call about my order was no longer in service. I had an awful lunch and wasted money that I could’ve spent elsewhere !

I whent in and ordered a 3pc white spicy combo fries and small red beans and rice on the side. To my surprise when I arrived at the hospital to eat my food apparently the don’t understand what a 3 PC white combo is they gave me 1 wing 1 thigh and 1 leg public school had apparently failed the little white girl that took my order. I have had bad service there the last 5 or 6 times I have been there I love chicken but will no longer be giving my money to popeyes I’d rather gift my money to a crackhead before I eat there at Thomas road popeyes again
