It’s a nice Indian restaurant. I ordered samosa and chicken curry. It was delicious! And my husband ordered chicken biryani and he also loved it and also said that it was the best chicken biryani that he ever tried we loved food and people there. They were nice and friendly. I wanna go back soon

The food here is a heart attack waiting to happen. I ordered the kerala pepper chicken the other day and it was DRENCHED in oil. There was literally more oil than food. From the minute I opened the lid until I put my leftovers in the fridge, there was oil dripping everywhere – It was an abysmal sight. There’s no reason for any dish to every require this much oil. I tried contacting them through their website but never received a response which prompted me to post this review.

Every dish and drinks I had were so delicious! My only complaint was that I didn’t have a larger stomach to order more! Can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes! Make sure you get the Masala Chai, it is delicious!

I give the food 2 stars and the service 4-5 stars. The service is great, incredibly friendly and they even gave us a complimentary dessert. Above and beyond! The food however, was average (or slightly below). To be fair, I got the chicken tikka masala (not super adventurous) and was disappointed. I feel like every Indian restaurant should nail this classic dish. Our chicken tikka was very tomato-y and the chicken chunks were a bit dry. It lacked the flavor and spice a typical tikka masala has. The naan bread was good! The coconut naan was a new flavor I’ve never had. Garlic naan was fantastic — authentic.

Food Prices are Very High, Food Quality is not as expected, and The portion of food is also not equal compared to other restaurants. Need Improvements in preparation of food.

The dinner special is amazing value for how much food you get and they always offer me a seat while I wait. Dining in is a great experience too, with a nice and peaceful atmosphere. I love that they are open quite late.

Got the chicken lunch platter. It came with 3 different chicken dishes and one lamb chop. We also got a side of rice and lentils. The food was fresh, well seasoned and every dish was delicious.

Got chicken korma. 4 red flags 1) I got an incredibly bad stomach afterwards. It hurt so bad after this food 2) there was far too much oil 3) they definately just poured in those canned fruit cocktail mixes that you pick up from the grocery store 4) it was green and I’ve never seen korma in any color but orange/yellow

The food here is very good, but there are areas that need improvement. Service was mediocre and the time between placing our order and receiving our food was much too long. Also the size of the portions appear to be less than many of the other Indian restaurants in NYC. With some improvement this restaurant could be very good.

We ordered an amazing mix tandoori platter and a delicious South Indian curry with chicken and some plain naan. The service was phenomenal and we were treated as if we were family. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an authentic experience with cordial and fast service.
