I have seen some YouTube videos with Johnny talking about his pizza. I was in Dallas visiting friends and made it a point to come visit this place. I liked the atmosphere. It was modern and clean and classy but still casual. We went for lunch with a party of 7 and we were seated right away. We had 3 pizzas, and some pasta. It was all great. The pasta was surprisingly good. I came for the pizza but the whole experience was great. Our server was very kind and attentive.

400 Gradi Dallas, located in the bustling heart of downtown Dallas, truly lives up to its reputation. Having been recommended to try this place by a friend who dined at their Australian location, I was excited to explore their offerings here in Dallas.

Went for dinner on a Saturday night at 8:15 pm. We ordered the eggplant parmigiana as an appetizer and even though it was delicious, I thought the portion was pretty small for the price ($15) and it was almost cold. We ordered the bolognese and the gnocchi. After a couple minutes our waitress came back and informed us that they had run out of gnocchi. We agreed to choose a different type of pasta, and a couple of minutes later our waitress comes back with our food and turns out they were able to prepare our gnocchi before they ran out. The food was great, it had great taste and the portion was good as well. For dessert we had the tiramisu, and it was good, however the bread was a little dry. Our waitress was great, I know it’s not her fault and have no complaints about her, but I never understood how a restaurant runs out of anything especially on a weekend? We were lucky that we were able to get the gnocchi like we wanted but the table besides us didn’t and had to choose a different dish.

This place with your good. We stoped by for lunch as a group of six and it was not too busy in the middle of the week but I had a reservation. The calamari was a little dry but pappardelle ai funghi (thick pasta with mushrooms) was phenomenal. Everybody else enjoyed their food as well.

Wow this place is absolutely amazing. My food: fantastically cooked to perfection. Loved every bite. The host: remembered my name and where I’m visiting from throughout the night, and checked on me often to make sure I was having a good experience. My server: attentive and kind. Gave me good advice on what food to choose and where to visit while in Dallas. I’m going back tomorrow for the pizza for sure!

First time at 400 Gradi Dallas. Made a reservation for a Wednesday night before we went to a concert at the Meyerson. We basically had the restaurant to ourselves which was awesome. Service and food was top notch. Anthony treated us very well and was quick to serve us We got the calamari for an appetizer which was the best calamari we have ever had. Nice and light with the perfect amount of crispiness and seasoning. We also got the mushroom truffle parpadelle and Tagliatelle Bolognese which were both very fresh and wonderful. Bolognese was better in our opinion. Lots of different wines to choose from and prices were super reasonable for everything. About $12 to $15 for a cocktail and around $25 for an entree which was reasonable since this restaurant is right on the line of casual/fine dining. Perfect spot for a date night. Can’t wait to go back to try the pizza because that also looked delicious.

Nice atmosphere, and pretty good Neapolitan pizza. The fresh pasta with the tagliatelle bolognese was very ‘gummy’ and not very appetizing. I wasn’t even going to say anything, but when the server asked how everything was, I told him about the mushy pasta, and he basically told me that’s how fresh pasta was supposed to be, and that “people are often surprised when they have it.” I know what fresh pasta is supposed to taste like, and this is not it. I always try to leave constructive reviews, but the condescending attitude of the server really turned me off. It would have been perfectly fine to just say” Hey sorry about that, I’ll let the chef know. “

Service was great, patio was nice, fire pits were a cool touch. Very nice unisex bathroom. Drinks were excellent. Food was a little off… The mushroom pasta had a big chunk of uneatable oyster mushroom that put my friend off her meal. I get that tiramisu is served cold but it tasted like… Fridge.
