Food was good. Ordered a carne guisada taco, a machacado taco, and a cheese enchilada plate. The carne guisada taco really had no meat in it. It only had gravy. The melted cheese was awesome.

Service was great and prompt. The flour tortillas is what got this rating. They were partially raw. They needed to be more cooked. The menudo was not tasty— too gamey. The salsa was not flavorful— tasted like canned. The refried beans were delicious!

This morning we were very disappointed to the point we got up and left. We sat on Table 14 and table 13 and another table behind received service before we did and we were still waiting. I finally asked if we could please get service and waitress right away told us there is a large group table in the back, but yet these others table got service before we did. No one offered any drinks or coffee or nothing; not even a we will be there to help you. I have no complaints about their food. Food has always been good. Bummed it happened to us.

I totally forgot to take pictures but we went for the first time this morning and while we did have to wait a little bit (short staffing everywhere) it was super good. Especially if you like those thick tortillas! The salsa is tasty and not too spicy. But the real tasty thing we got was the pupusa!! Oh it was so good and they are huge!! And the salsa that comes with it!? I could drink that thing with a straw! I’m definitely making sure I get it from now on (it’s an orange blended style with so much flavor and not a lot of heat)
