This is a combination Dunkin’ Donuts and W’s Fresh Mart convenience store located at a Shell gas station on a busy corner. There are the usual DD coffee and donut offerings as well as convenience food items such as assorted snacks, soft drinks, milk, etc. The store is clean and restroom is provided. Staff is friendly and there is ample parking in the large lot surrounding the store.

I don’t make review at all but this Dunkin definitely needed one… I come here often when I have time and I never have issues but today was different l, I feel for the young ladies that have to work with such a rude person I believe his name is mark or mar If I got it right, but today it was busy I went up gave my order and waited for the coffee mark came and gave me the coffee I joke an with him and said it’s busy today and his reply was “yeah because I’m working with these dumb A B” saying it under breath is one thing but I wanted to talk to a manger, it was very busy like I said I had to go to work

First off, If one more person yells at ‘Eyad’ they will loose my service, my friends, and family. Secondly ‘Karlee’ has got to go. As a frequent customer I have noticed she is rude, has the wrong attitude, and quite frankly the attitude I don’t wan’t to deal with before school when I get my breakfast every morning. I have been a recuring customer since mid 2021 and have watched employees come and go, but ‘Karlee’ has to be by far the worst. I have personally seen her take out her phone while supposed to be making drinks. Today I was mortified to over hear Karlee who is not a manager or owner yell at one of the new workers ‘Eyad’. It was extreamly disgusting. I have seen multiple accounts of unkind and unprofessional behavior towards new workers or mentally challenged workers. It is extreamly wrong and upsets my fellow colleagues and I. Overall, this location is nice and clean but the attitude and atmosphere has to be improved.

I go here almost everyday the past week they have forgot to add things on my order. Like how hard is a coffee sandwhich and hashbrowns. The one girl that works there was sitting on her phone and waited for me to say something. Lol this is by far the worst dunkin. I will be going back to the drive through on 22 or better yet 7/11

After placing the order at 10:15am we finally got our food at 11:00. We waited in the car for about a half hour and then decided to go inside. When we asked the worker then started making our order with no apology for the delay.

New slower version of DD trying to upscale the image trying to look like Starbucks with donuts. System appears to be centered around ice coffees. Slowing down getting hot coffee …. the major part of the business the morning I was there.
