I know it’s an all you can eat cardboard place, but this last trip was horrible. Bout had to fight other guests for food. They could barely keep a single pizza or dessert out, not even something simple like cheese or pepperoni, just empty pizza trays. That will be the last time I return, at least to this location.

Haven’t been here since before the pandemic. Only 2 employees working but no slacking on their part. Young lady on register was also preparing takeout orders and refilling the bar. Gentleman was bustling in kitchen. Very clean restaurant, friendly staff, good quality food and reasonable prices.

Of the other Infinito’s we have been to, this one stands out! It’s still a buffet so manage your expectations here, but overall it is cleaner, better run, and well maintained. Definitely worth driving an extra couple miles instead of going to Lancaster.

I wanted to give 3 stars but considering how rude one of the staff members was I gave 2 stars. My grandmother and sister came from out of state to visit with me and I chose to take them here. It was this past Saturday when we came in to eat. The person that rang us out at the register was rude and pushy. They also were slamming our cups on the counter with an attitude. We then go get our food and are sitting at our table the same rude employee comes by jamming their cart past our seats banging into our chairs. My nephew is disabled and had to get up and move due to this rude employee doing this! Didn’t catch their name they didn’t have any name tags on. The food was good but not happy about the treatment that we received while here!

My first time an the last time! I’m giving it a 2 stars because the kids 10 an 8 liked the pizza. But my opinion is that it was too pricey, too dirty, the salad’s were frozen. Do you know what happens to frozen salad,Yuck! The pasta bar or whatever they call it the noodles were hard. They had a variety of different kinds of pizza, an dessert pizzas and like. They had music on in the dining area, but it was muffled, cracky you can’t even tell what kind of songs you’re listening to, It was horrible. I was so ready to go. The only good thing I can say was the staff was very nice.

There was NO PIZZA. We sat there for 10 minutes with the same two pieces of cheese pizza, and rotating Alfredo . There were only 3 people working and no one was being lazy or anything. They just needed more staff. Hoping to visit again soon to find our favorite pizza back to a great place.
