I love their chicken biscuit, but all the breakfast sandwiches I’ve ate has always been good. I also like their big cheeseburgers that have tomato plus everything else on it. Their french toast dippers are really good if you want something sweet, and when they have pies, they’re usually really good. Always check your order before you leave the parking lot. I’ve had something wrong with the order a lot here lately, and if you live 20 to 30 minutes away, you don’t want to have to go back because they forgot your fries, but call, because they’ll make it right. Really the only thing with them is that sometimes, especially if you don’t get the specials, they are one of the more expensive fast food places.

The place should of been cleaned up, there were no napkins it like they were very low or completely out of different items. I didn’t even get all my food, I had to go back in and get it, and the worker there was eating while working, I hope this place is sanitary for real!

We went to this place to order food, like anyone else would. When we got the food my family and I ordered, they had 2 orders wrong (one messed up, and the other wrong). When we went back in to get the correct food, they got one thing correct, and they MESSED UP THE ORDER, AGAIN. We were over it at that point because we needed to get back home because a tornado came through the place in which we lived, and we needed to get to the kennel with our dogs which we were estimated to get there right before the place closed.

Ordered my food there and ordered them a certain way, they made it plain and it wasn’t supposed to be. Didn’t give me much fries at all either. Tried calling and they never answered either. Don’t recommend eating there!!!!!

There food was usually awesome but the Frisco burger was almost cold,the fries were stale and some was hard ,so I wasted $10.80 and stopped and got a pizza ,so my supper ended up costing 19.00 bucks ,come on people when u put bad food out people always remember it……I wouldn’t cared if they nuked it as long as it’s hot….

It was the Hazard, Ky location. They are currently experiencing issue of not being able to provide fountain drinks because of the boil water mandate. According to the staff the mandate is supposed to last 6 months but food was same good quality. So if you’re traveling through Eastern KY, please stop to give local restaurants and other businesses your business and support.

I only write a review for one of two reasons…exceptional service & unacceptable service. We get breakfast here when we visit Hazard which is every 4-6 weeks, typically. The breakfast is fine, not exactly healthy but we enjoy it. The order isn’t always accurate but the service is the problem. Seldom pleasant. I don’t expect much…a hello, maybe a smile…just a little courtesy. Instead I feel that I am an inconvenience at best. God forbid I ask a question about the menu. Worst of all is that they weren’t swamped when I drove through this morning. One car ahead of me & no one behind. Not one pleasant word just my order shoved at me & that same “You’re bothering me while I’m trying to work” attitude. Anyone can have a bad day but these folks never seem to have a good one.
