Ordered from this place several times. Pretty happy with this location for both pick up and delivery. Can get busy, but usually not too long a wait. Tried the “Melt”. It was better than I thought it would be. It might scratch an itch for a pizza if you wanted something cheaper and with no leftovers. I still prefer pizza, but it wasn’t bad.

The manager at store #027276 named Marie/Maria is the worst manager ever! How are you going to tell a customer you’re not going to refund their order after delivering this mess?!? She had absolutely no customer service capability skills AT ALL. I understand they may not pay you guys what you’re worth but at the very least be a decent human.

I have always ordered from them since moving. I also tip the driver’s. I ordered from them everyday if not every other day. On 4/24 driver told me if it was a pizza he would return to the store to retrieve order. Seeing it was a beverage, he wasn’t returning. Upon speaking with management they didn’t acknowledge the fact I received rude customer service and provided solution of a refund. Which they never received in the first being I paid cash.

The large stuff crust pizza I got was cold wasn’t enough meat on it And the cheese in the stuffed crust was dry and I did not get any type of dipping sauce plus the price was outrageous. It went from 1499 to pick up to 2199.

I’m not sure what has happened to Pizza Hut delivery. On Monday February 20, I ordered a New York style pizza and chicken wings from the restaurant on Preston and Alexis in Dallas. The chicken wings were too tough to eat and were immersed in a creamy sauce that made them dumplings in appearance. The pizza was sloppy and was distasteful and took two hands to eat, with the contents of the pizza sliding off the crust. It may as well have been in a pizza bowl. I will never allow my money to be wasted on this product again and maybe not even the corporation.

Delivery Driver had no clue how to find me. He hung up the phone on me when I tried to give him better directions. He could barely understand and speak English. I ended up calling the store and canceling the entire. I have ordered from this location multiple times in the past and I always tip without question. Not anymore! This was the last straw! I’ll never order delivery again.

I ordered pizza for my coworkers. We are in the office of an apartment community. I got a phone call right after I placed my order online asking which apartment I was in to make sure I would get my food.I am pointing this out because a different Pizza Hut has not delivered my food twice be there was no apartment number included. And the gentleman also asked if I needed plates, napkins, or cups. My pizzas were delivered within 30 minutes of ordering, and the delivery driver was super friendly and helpful! I am very impressed by the staff of this Pizza Hut and also very happy with how my order turned out!

They tried to tell me there wasn’t a rubber band baked into my pizza that nearly choked me. So there’s that. Spoke with Maria, she didn’t even apologize, just tried to gaslight be by saying nobody else has had a rubber band in their pizza. Guess I was just lucky to get one!
