Food and service were great. I especially enjoyed the healthy fear both me and drive thru showed to a large wasp trying to go between our windows. We both closed the windows and waited for the wasp to leave. We had a good chuckle after and that small interaction made my day better.

I have NEVER been talked to SO rudely like the drive thru worker just talked to me in my LIFE!! I tried to order food .. He kept saying ‘yup’ after everything I said (in an extremely annoyed tone of voice).. he kept sighing loudly.. I went to order a kids meal he said hold on hold on (again in a very annoyed tone) .. I ended up saying nevermind and pulled out of drive thru without getting my food .. He immediately walked outside, looked around for my car, flipped me off and started smoking a cigarette. I have reached out to corporate!

The worst drive through service! Very rude and snippy, as thpugh it was my fault that the line was lomg. The burgers were cool.& hard. I ordeted Hersey Pie even asked twice then again when handed the bag. Although I wad charged for it on receipt, it was not in bag. I called was told they do not give free items away. Free? I was charged,had thevreceipt but never received my complete order

worst customer service experience ever. woman cut my husband off while he was ordering to give him his total, to which he rightfully so cut her back off to say he was not finished ordering, to which she decided to tell him to, “chill a minute bud.” that would explain why you’re middle aged working the burger king drive thru, “bud.” won’t be returning.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich that had mold on the bread. They refused to give me a refund saying it was against their regional manager’s policy. They offered me another sandwich, but after finding mold on the food why would I want more? I’ll never go back here.

A worker raised her voice at my daughter who couldn’t read the sign to the bathroom the lady’s words were (hello you can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something can’t you read the sign) in a very rude manner I went out to get money to buy something and when I came back in my daughter told me what she said my daughter had a voice recording on so I know how she said it ( I don’t know why but she is obsessed with voice recordings) and the lady tried to say she didn’t say anything but even a guy confirmed she said it loud and rude.
