This is a restaurant with a full bar connected to the Hilton Garden in and the conference center/other hotel. They have really good food and great drink specials for happy hour here. The staff are really friendly and do a great job. The atmosphere is themed with a western style and there are many tables, some booths, bar seating. People staying at the hotel eat here as well as locals. They have steaks, seafood, pasta and salads. I highly recommend the salmon with sauteed vegetables! They have great desserts and kids meals too! Good portions and price is typical for a meal. Their bathrooms connected to the Hilton are the nicest ever too and they place is disability friendly.

First time eating here. The place is clean and well decorated. Staff was helpful and kind. The food was good portions and good pricing. The only thing that bothered me was the female employee who took a shot from behind the bar with two patrons at the bar. Just seems a little off-putting and staff shouldn’t consume alcoholic beverages while working and especially while serving alcohol, just not good optics for the business and irresponsible safe serving. Other than that the place is cute.

Was greated as we walked in the door. Told the manager were waiting for the 3rd person to show up. He said ok follow me. I said were waiting till she comes in she walking from her car. 25 seconds later she comes in. Then were waiting whike the server and him discuss who’s on the cut list and in what order. Ok.. we get seated order cocktails and our food.(very limited items on menu) The bartender needs lessons on how to make a Manhattan. It wasn’t drinkable nor did it resemble anything close to a Manhattan. The food was average. Heavily seasoned and potatoes were on the salty side. Steak was done to perfection for all 3 of us. The chef needs recognition for this. In St Cloud its nearly impossible to have your steak cooked properly but this chef did an Excellent job. The atmosphere is more of a college student environment. It was a very loud and wide open space. I wouldn’t call this a steak house but more of a cocktail lounge. Disappointed with the atmosphere and lack if front end service, kitchen staff knows how to cook they’re the only thing keeping this place afloat.

It was my first time here. I only post a review if something is especially good or bad. In this case it was amazing! I started with wings. They were cooked fantastic. For dinner I chose the walleye with cheese mashed. I am a Midwest born and raised. That parmesean crusted walleye could win an award and the portion size was huge! I had excellent service from the bartender, and two managers came to check on me as well my first experience. I was treated as a local for my first time at this place. Food was a 10/10. Service was 10/10. Cleanliness was 10/10. Thank you Mavericks for showing me top quality restaurants are still out there today. I will be back.

Website menu is totally inaccurate so dont even bother with it. No sushi. The formal dining room is not open so be prepared to sit in the bar area. Bar area is nice. Beer was cold. Food was hot and good. Filet mignon was good and cooked nicely. Salmon was also good and nicely cooked. Spent about $50 per person. Service was good.

The walleye came with like 3 filets, steak was thin for a ribeye but cooked right and tasted great. The cheesy hashbrowns were amazing and like nothing I’ve had before. Wings were good but a little sweet for me.

Went for the Easter buffet. They were out of prime rib, the ham was dry, and the brisket was over cooked and dry. The dressings for the salad were sitting out for what looked like hours with no ice. We were really looking forward to this and it was a disappointment. I also ordered a bloody Mary and it was mostly Vodka and seasonings. I had to ask for extra mix just to drink it.
