On 8/22/23 at 12:15 p.m. I went to Cajun grill to get some food the lady who’s serving had a attitude because I asked for an additional side she told me it’ll be extra in a very nasty way I said no problem then I go over to pay for my food I asked the cashier for a bag she pointed at the register basically telling me to pay first. However I didn’t give anyone attitude Cajun grill is one of my favorite places but I will cut ties because of NASTY ATTITUDE.

I feel disgusted, eating here. I don’t ever leave a review, but the food was watered down. Everything I ordered was drenched and soggy. The person serving your food has poor customer service. Nothing about my experience, felt welcoming. But that’s only for the Elizebeth location, the one at the American Dream Slaps, every time. Highly recommend

They share the same kitchen and sell the same food with the Chinese food stand next door, same owner. The food doesn’t taste Cajun neither Asian American. It’s too bad! The server has fake long blue nails, not appetizing for food service industry. I ordered their food because I didn’t want to eat burgers or fried chicken that day. So that’s why I give 2 ⭐️ ⭐️

OMG …BEWARE, every thing is too expensive while the quality is the lowest including the service of the Cashier who only knows how to text on her phone. Very Rude employee. These people try to scam you. Menus are not clear, Cashier 455C40 at3.55pm 09/08/2022 keeps on texting and is mad when you want to pay for your order, she talks rude and has the nerve to pick up her phone and text while she entered the order, customers in line for 10 minutes but only one guy working hard, rest of the team don’t care about the hard working guy or customers, specially the I don’t care Cashier mentioned above. You can get better quality food for a less expensive price at any other place. This ain’t Cajun, it tastes just like Chinese food. We were surprised about the overall bad service as this place looks to be the worst of them all. PLEASE BEWARE.

Haven’t been here in years. Moved far away (over an hour drive) and the IKEA near here was the closest one to our new home. I remember being in high school eating this food so I had to drive to the mall again and grab a box. Some reviews here say that the chicken is dry and the workers are rude and “gossip”. Listen….as long as you’re slinging the rice and chicken into my container in a timely manner, I don’t care what the hell you’re talking about. This is a mall food court guys. Don’t expect five star service like you’re dining at some fancy steakhouse. I’m not saying the service is horrible but it is what it is. As far as my experience goes, nobody has ever been rude to me. The bourbon chicken is all I get and as always it has flavor and it’s not dry at all. Like I said it was only my first time after years of not coming here so who knows if I caught them on a good day idk. But so far so good. Probably will be the last time I come here as I was only making the pit stop after coming from ikea but if I ever find myself in this neck of the woods, I wouldn’t be against swooping down here for the food again.

I’ve gone to a few Cajun grills throughout the country and this is by far the worst ever! As someone who has deep roots in Louisiana, I’m insulted. I understand the commercialization of Cajun fast food here in the northeast however this particular Caj up n Grill was disturbing! I literally threw my food in the garbage once I got home it tastes like hospital food it’s so bland!!! And although you may be trying to take the spices down a bit to appeal to the masses that can’t tolerate spicy food this is ridiculous! If the person purchasing Cajun food feels the spices are too much then just simply eat something else!
