It’s been a few, well its been awhile since we ordered. Long enough to where I forgot what I ordered while the cars in the drive thru kept goin by. 3 times asking they said they are working on it. Blizzard is done, I am done with dessert, guess I dont need the food.

I strongly advise against visiting this location. Initially, there were challenges with the drive-thru order, possibly due to some unfortunate circumstances. Upon receiving our food, my burger order wasn’t accurate, the toast seemed a bit stale, and the chicken strips arrived cold. Additionally, the ranch dressing had an off-putting sour and chunky consistency, which indicated possible expiration.

I used to love this location and I feel bad leaving a bad review, but our food last night was under cooked and my daughter has food poisoning after consuming an undercooked bbq chicken strip. I think the employees were stressed with how busy it was, and we’re trying to hurry, but the food still needs to be thoroughly cooked.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Employees are so lazy and rude, it’s uncomfortable. Every time I take my kiddos for ice cream they set the ice cream in the window sill, walk off to do other things or chat, then come back to the window to hand us the melted ice cream. Why can’t they just hand it to us right away?! It also smells like sewage in the lobby. Just a few of the many issues at this location. Terrible!!
