Amazing brunch!!! The apple stuffed French toast was so delicious, highly recommend! The Signature omelette was hearty and good. My husband also really like the breakfast sandwich. Coffee hit the spot! Fun to dine with a view of the Saranac Lake airport. Looking forward to visiting again!

A small diner in the Adirondack Lake Clear airport (ADK) terminal right on the edge of the airport apron, with sweeping views of the runways and parked aircraft and the hills beyond. There aren’t a lot of tables, so you may have to wait, but the service is friendly, the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. This is a hidden gem in the middle of a dining desert in out quiet corner of the Adirondack Park.

This is a delightful little hole in the wall Diner. Very popular for breakfast on the weekends. Last time we had a 20 minute wait. Food is all well executed diner fare. Most recently I had the sausage and biscuits and they were delightful. quirky location inside an airport with sweeping views of the runway and mountains makes it a great place to plane watch if that’s your thing.

Interesting place for breakfast. Food was good. Service was well, long because the kitchen was making up orders for private planes that use the airport. And a little noisy depending on what plane was idling in front of the restaurant.

Food was excellent both times. Service very friendly and attentive. This place seems very popular so on weekends you may have a long wait for a table, so come prepared, but it’s worth it!

Josh and Clair do a phenomenal job and turn out great food and service. For breakfast I’d suggest the Hash & Eggs. For lunch I’d recommend wings and/or a burger. The wings and Blue Cheese dressing are amazing. Best wings in the area (IMO), and would stand up to most wing joints in Buffalo, NY. Great juicy burgers.

Women’s College Scholarship Club had our annual June banquet here. I’ve been a member for over 40 years, and this banquet was easily one of the top 5. The three dinner choices were all delicious, and the service was great. I would recommend Cavu for breakfast and lunch and also if you are interested in a cozy private place for your group dinner.

I’ve never been more thankful to have my flight delayed as I gave me the opportunity to eat here today for the first time. Homemade corned beef hash is absolutely amazing! Eggs cooked perfectly over easy. Delicious home fries. Super friendly service. Looking forward to come back here to eat and watch planes take off and land.

This is THE spot to get breakfast and lunch in the Saranac Lake area. The corn beef hash is home made and out of this world. The Bovee’s are fantastic hosts and a wholesome hard working loyal family. We always leave full and satisfied.
