Sandwiches are delicious! They remind me of many NYC deli sandwiches. I’ve never had a bad one. My favorite is The Guru (pictured) on rye, hold the mayo and onion! Always fresh and like homemade but even better! They’re good sized, great quality ingredients sandwich if you’re hungry, and if you just have a craving and want something small, they’re decent size to split with someone and be full.

This is a fantastic family-run sandwich shop. I ordered the “Hey Joe” $14.00 and it was huge with lots of meat and very flavorful! Staff is very polite and got my order out quickly. Both indoor and patio seating are available. Street parking only.

I stopped by today to try it and got the tuna due to the advice of the guy behind the counter. Wow. I was worried I was going to have to eat it over time but it was so good I wolfed it down! I’m definitely going back!!! Best tuna sandwich ever!

I never heard of Perry’s Joint until it came to Sierra Madre, and just tried it for the first time. It’s really really good. My first selection was the Guru. Love the Jazz music and cool pictures on the wall. I’m totally coming back.

We stopped in the Perry’s in Sarah Madre was pleasantly surprised the sandwich I had was called Joey it was one of the best tasting sandwiches I’ve ever had what a cute little place can’t wait to go back

Delicious sandwiches and my daughter loves the nachos. She says they’re just like the ones at Dodger Stadium. I do recommend ordering ahead as they are pretty popular and make everything to order.

Epic sandwiches, tasty nachos, fresh hot dogs. This place is legit and I will be back. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend the Adventure dog and the Big Band sandwich. The freshness of the ingredients was s welcome respite to the soggy and limp veggies from the footlong competition. And then there’s the dessert wow… get it while you can.
