Way below average This was in the TOP 5 WORST dining experiences of my life. We thought the many red phones on the walls were very weird until we needed to use one to contact our server three times! Once to inform her we were ready to order, once to ask how long until our order was ready, and once to get our check. Everything took forever and there was only one or two other tables with customers. This was on the 4th of July, so at least they were open but dang. Four of us each ordered a pizza and the quality was barely a shade above a frozen pizza from a grocery store. Not recommended

Ordered take out and was told 30 min. Man in a black shirt greeted me and went to check on my order. Waited another 10 min and all I heard was a woman in the back loud mouth. Finally someone else came up asked me again what I was waiting on, gave me my order and walked away. Pizza was COLD, breadsticks COLD, subs COLD!! Absolutely the WORST experience we’ve ever had there. $70 for what? Food I had to put in the oven when I got home because they don’t know how to manage a restaurant! Pizza had very little sauce and toppings.

Came to area and wanted to test the pizza. Male worker said their pizza was the best since they had high prices. Thought the pizza was ok but not worth the $19.45 I paid. Was not a WOW. Pizza at all. Will not buy again.

Ordered carryout, Royal feast. Pizza was good, toppings to the edge as advertised. Service was efficient and friendly. Dining room and entrance were clean or in the process of being cleaned.

the pizza looked great online so we decided to try it. we got home and discovered the meat pizza had no cheese on it & there were very little toppings on all the pizzas. the pepperoni pizza just had tiny chunks of pepperoni & we found a hair in it. & the pizza is extremely overpriced, save yourself some money & get a frozen pizza from walmart.

The last two times we have been here it’s been sub par. This time we ordered a 10″ royal feast it came with hardly any toppings. The time before the pizza was old and cold, pick up. Pizza King is expensive anyway but quality was not good. We won’t be back.

Let’s be honest, Syracuse isn’t a 5 star place, nor would I want it to be. I’ve been coming here 30+ years and every visit reminds me that an incredible family night needs only a tasty pizza, cheese in every nook and cranny, friendly service and a loving, grounded family waiting at home to devour it.
