I thought it was just me, but yeah the customer service was very lacking here. Didn’t greet. Just gestures to go up to the register. Couldn’t even hear what the guy was saying and he was giving an attitude. Didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce. I didn’t even bother going back to ask for sauce because they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Lol.

Make sure you check your food… Open it up and see if you actually got what you ordered… Because they do not care and will not make it right. Very disappointed. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad. I used my mobile app went in and picked it up. When I got home about 30 minutes later I realized my salad was missing the chicken. I let Chick-fil-a know 3 times, nobody cares.

i don’t know if anyone bothers to read reviews of chain restaurants, but if you do, heed my warning. this location is THE WORST!!!!!! on multiple occasions they have messed up my order, missed items… and on top of that their customer service is very poor. they don’t even answer the phone. Does not seem to be well maintained in terms of cleanliness, the counters are always sticky. The staff doesn’t wear masks. you’re already in the food court, so just pick something else. There are far more options that won’t ruin your meal and mood.
