We have had good experiences at our local Waffle house actually this location before that’s why we returned! It was and will be the last time. The service was slow at best, had to ask continuously for refills of the 3 dollar teas, the cook couldn’t stay off her phone long enough to even cook the food for the customers sitting there waiting for an hour, when the food did arrive it was cold. If it wasn’t for two off duty personnel coming in to try and enjoy a meal on there own and taking over with the cooking and serving, we would have walked out! It’s Tuesday night so they advertise kids eat free so we ordered a chicken strip kids meal for our 2 year old granddaughter. when it came time to pay we were informed that we’d have to pay for that 6$ because they didn’t have the code from the manager to remove it, after before ordering it I specifically asked if it was free! When I say the food was cold I mean everything was luke warm but the side of green beans were literally straight out the fridge cold, like not even attempted to be warmed in the microwave! I know it’s hard everywhere to even get people to work in the food industry, but when the ones you do hire drive business away, why even hire them! If, I could give less stars I would. It was so bad, I never leave reviews for bad service or food but after paying close 100$ for what we received, I felt compelled to do so!

The food was delicious and our waitress Tawana was wonderful! We had such a pleasant breakfast there. It is a very hopping place in the morning it seems. We enjoyed it and will be back again!

Took the family out for a late dinner, got there place was full and tables was a mess but they quickly cleared it up after sitting at a table. The cheeseburger I ordered the bacon was burnt I ordered 2 burgers but only got one so I guess they figured I didn’t need that second one, my family had there requests too but also came to missing parts of there order but insisted on them. Come to find out the waitress was in training and the senior waitress training her had an attitude but I guess she was exhausted, then as we was about to leave this other waitress must have thought we were not going to leave a good tip so she is asking to leave a tip charging it to a debit or credit card, but as the boss lady told her ” No we left you cash on the table!” So then I tell my wife she didn’t waitress on us and she wanted the tip! Spent over a $100 on dinner that night also left a $30 cash tip so like altogether just under $150.00 I do believe I had already been generous enough.

Ordered twice since my time here and everything has been great. I would’ve used the word perfect but the last time I ordered the all star, I ordered a biscuit but got toast. I guess that mean you were out of biscuits, or maybe I should’ve checked my order before I left. All in all, I can live with that!
