Usually go eat here everytime I come to the mall. Today I went in with my kids and not only was the service rude and unfriendly but I also found a large sharp piece of plastic in my food. honestly, no disrespect since I work in a food industry, but we come here all the time and if the product(the food) looks old we ask if we can wait for the new batch to come out and they always say yes and we wait. But today we went in and we asked for two large chow meins and if we could wait for a fresh batch and the guy behind the window named Carlos was rude and refused to take our order.

It would be 5 stars but it’s always so busy they need 2 cashiers. Or at least an extra cashier who can jump in when there more that 4+ people waiting to pay for their already prepared food like today. Anyways the food is soo fresh and very good.

Not that I won’t be calling management in the morning. I get that you close when you aren’t busy but to refuse a paying customer for food that is already made is a little ridiculous. You literally had 20 minutes until closing the only thing someone had been craving for weeks and tonight you close early. Now I’m hangry. I hope your employees get joy out of your reviews because now it’s yet another bad one. Nice job employees you’re doing a great job and an amazing job by your boss.
