Not sure if they were short staffed but there were only myself and another car in the drive-thru. Took longer than I expected to order and then just as long to receive our food. Food wasn’t bad but took a little while to get. The way the person was speaking to us on the speaker, made us feel like we should’ve been done ordering, or we were an inconvenience. Used the drive thru. Big mistake. Took at least 25 minutes from the time of ordering until we received our cold food. Through the window I only saw kids (teenagers?) working inside. Laughing and joking around. Certainly not working. I think they desperately needed some adult supervision . The entire line of cars I was in took forever to receive their orders.

This place is disorganized from the setup of the store on down. Lambsburg mcdonalds has to bussiness from the truck stop to be one of the very best profitable stores in the area. But lack of help and very long waits in the drive tru and cold or old food after you wait 15 mins is going kill them everytime. From the time you order till you receive your food should be no more then 5 mins on a busy day.

Employees wouldnt engage. Stood at register for 5 minutes being ignored. They closed register only using kiosks. Took 25 minutes for order. 3 burgers and fries. Drink wrong. Large fry half full loaded with half a box of salt and cold and soggy. Employees just loly gaging not a care in the world. Burgers were cold. Order 899. 5 14 23 I d be happy to also send you a picture of four of your employees standing outback messing around while the dining area is slammed with customers.

Not the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Food was slow to come out, restaurant didn’t feel as clean as it could have. Something about the layout made it feel super tight… not really sure why, it just did. Plus, there were a few strange people there. Not really the fault of the owners of this establishment, but a factor present in the environment. Food was standard McDonald’s fare. The McDouble was good as always.

I stopped on 5/12/23, at around 930pm. The food took around 20 minutes. The 5 stars are for the guy working there, who appeared to be on his own. He was hustling, bouncing from window to window, and the counter. I think he was cooking as well. With all that, the guy still had a big smile on his face and could not have been nicer. Whoever owns/manages this place, double that man’s salary.

While the food at McDonald’s was decent and met my expectations, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. The messy dining area detracted from my dining experience. I hope that McDonald’s takes steps to improve the cleanliness standards of their restaurants to provide a more pleasant dining experience for their customers.
