This Pizza Hut has always been good to me, the staff the quality of the pizza all have been positive experiences. I order online with the app and come in and pick up my order and the staff are always extremely friendly and have things ready to go! This location gets a thumbs up from me!

Heard they drop your food on the floor and then serve it. Question my allegation? Check your cameras, “GM” seems like you may have a better crew if you were a little bit more involved. I’m a sonic GM and know better than to allow my crew to think that’s okay.

We put in two different orders, one on line and one over the phone, both to be ready by 6pm on new years eve. Online order was done but they lost our over the phone order so I had to sit 45 minutes and wait on our second order, meanwhile our online order sat in the warmer that whole time. By the time our second order was finished and I got home our online order was all dried out and wasn’t pleasant or appetizing to eat. Very disappointed. I was only offered $5 off my entire order which was well over $50 . When our second order was finally finished I did make a complaint to the manager, she did refund me for one of our orders but that still doesn’t excuse the awful food.
